Raju brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in the gaming industry. As co-founder of Dhruva Interactive, established in 1998, he was pivotal in designing and leading the development of numerous game titles, including original IPs. An innovative thinker, Raju has significantly shaped the gaming landscape in India, inspiring peers and aspiring developers. Since joining Lakshya in early 2021, he leads the Bangalore studio and oversees education and skilling initiatives under Keywords inGame Academy. Raju also contributes to the IGDC, curating sessions and selecting speakers to enrich the gaming community.
