Turn 10 the developer of the acclaimed Forza Motorsport & Forza Horizons games franchise was looking for a staffing solution they could leverage to keep high-value contractors collaborating with the studio over the long term as they continued production on their next AAA titles.
In addition, they needed production support to create the multitude of cars needed for both key franchises. It was important for Turn 10 to establish a new relationship that improved over previous engagements with other vendors, who had issues maintaining a positive experience with the client and employees.

When Lakshya began the Managed Service agreement with Turn 10 in January 2021, we had 10 employees across four disciplines: Art, Research, Concept, and Design. Through a collaborative effort between Lakshya and Turn 10, we have grown to 40+ employees across 10 distinct disciplines while improving both customer and employee satisfaction.
Lakshya began work in late 2018 and has, to date, successfully delivered over 65+ vehicles. The team has also played a significant role in the finalization process of all the vehicles included in the shipped title. By streamlining global communications, the production team was able to ensure that deliveries align more closely with client expectations.
