inGame Academy is a not-for-profit initiative by Keywords Studios and Lakshya, aimed at elevating the quality of education for students looking to enter the gaming industry
Since its inception in 2012, inGame Academy has developed a scalable framework for skilling in Game Art, Game Animation, Project Management, and the newly added Game Engineering. In addition to operating our own inhouse academy, we also partner with governments, skilling agencies, universities, and colleges both public and private to design and deliver specialised skilling and degree programs. Furthermore, the academy is also testament to our commitment to promoting career opportunities and faculty development within the educational community.

A prime example is the 3-year GameArt degree program at the Government Degree College for Women in Hyderabad.

Our 4–6 months internships provide practical experience across various domains, offering participants the chance to work on real-world projects. This hands-on experience allows them to apply their skills in a professional setting.
Our 6-month internal PM Training Program builds a solid foundation in project management, combining online learning, interactive workshops, and hands-on project work.
Our Training of Trainers (ToT) program is a vital initiative focused on boosting the skills and effectiveness of our academy trainers and supporting the faculty development of our partners.
