Anando joined Lakshya in 2004 and has been instrumental in building our team and refining production processes. With 20 years of experience in project management and game development, he now oversees daily operations for our India studios. Anando has made notable contributions to the industry through his role on the NASSCOM Gaming Forum (NGF) advisory council and as a key organiser of the IGDC. He plays a vital role in managing talks and panels, ensuring the conference’s success.

Since joining Lakshya in 2012, Rob has contributed to numerous titles as a 3D Artist, Art Director, Creative Director, and Executive Producer. With 20 years of game development experience, Rob now oversees operations for our studios in the US and India, ensuring high standards and creative excellence across all projects. ​

Manish has been a vital member of Lakshya since its founding in 2004, playing a key role in its growth. With over 20 years of experience in project management and game development, he now leads our Project Management team. His early contributions in team building and process improvement were crucial. Currently, Manish focusses on guiding the Project Management team, ensuring smooth collaboration across departments. He works closely with the Sales team to identify new opportunities and ensure the successful execution of every project.

Bringing over 17 years of experience and a deep passion for gaming, Arjun has been a key driver at Lakshya as Director of Business Development since 2019. His leadership in strategic initiatives, revenue generation, and client success has been essential to our growth. Prior to joining Lakshya, Arjun’s strategic insights at Dhruva Interactive played a significant role in expanding the company and enhancing its industry position. His ongoing contributions are vital to shaping Lakshya’s trajectory and success.

Anupam has been a key figure at Lakshya since 2006, accumulating over 20 years of industry experience. Beginning as a 3D Artist, he has advanced to the role of Studio Art Director, managing the development of numerous AAA titles. Leading the India art team, Anupam addresses daily challenges, works closely with Art leadership, and helps shape policies to improve the work environment. He also plays a crucial role in recruiting top talent and upholding the team’s high standards of excellence.

Bringing over 20 years of experience in Game Art production and development, Mukund combines deep expertise with a strong passion for gaming. Since joining Lakshya in 2012, he has excelled in various roles, demonstrating his versatility in art creation and complex production management. As Head of Global Client Relations, Mukund ensures seamless communication between teams and clients, fostering lasting partnerships that drive growth. He also leads our Marketing and Social Media efforts, enhancing Lakshya’s reputation in the industry.​

Iain started his gaming industry career in 2000, starting as an artist and advancing through roles such as technical artist and lead artist, contributing significantly to several AAA titles. Since joining Lakshya in 2016 as Art Director, he has leveraged his extensive experience to elevate our team. Now leading our UK studio, Iain manages relationships with European partners and ensures the smooth global delivery of our Hard Surface and Environment projects.​

Mayank brings over 18 years of industry experience, having progressed from an Animation and Rigging artist to roles such as Team Lead and Art Director, and now leading Lakshya’s Pune Studio. His expertise includes assembling creative teams, managing production, and overseeing studio operations. By introducing new ideas and initiatives, he enhances connections between teams, management, and the organization. Mayank promotes innovation and talent while contributing to the gaming community as a member of the IGDC organising committee, curating Art talks with industry leaders.​

Raju brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in the gaming industry. As co-founder of Dhruva Interactive, established in 1998, he was pivotal in designing and leading the development of numerous game titles, including original IPs. An innovative thinker, Raju has significantly shaped the gaming landscape in India, inspiring peers and aspiring developers. Since joining Lakshya in early 2021, he leads the Bangalore studio and oversees education and skilling initiatives under Keywords inGame Academy. Raju also contributes to the IGDC, curating sessions and selecting speakers to enrich the gaming community.​

Lee, based in Vancouver, brings 25 years of experience in the gaming industry. Primarily working at Electronic Arts, he served as an Animation Director on numerous franchises. Recently, Lee led the animation outsourcing initiative for BioWare, overseeing cinematics, gameplay, and engine integration across multiple titles, including Dragon Age: Veilguard. Previously, he was the Animation Director for the UFC and Fight Night franchises at EA Canada. Lee excels in training and managing both internal and external animation teams across all animation disciplines.​

Adam is a Business Development Manager at Lakshya Digital, where he leads client relationships and drives growth across art, animation, and more for the North American region. With a decade of experience in business development, he brings a genuine love of gaming, philosophy, and problem solving to his work.

Abhinandan is an Art Director with over 22 years of experience in animation, VFX, and game development, specializing in character, environment, and technical art, as well as production pipeline development. He has extensive experience leading teams and mentoring artists, establishing quality standards that consistently result in world-class 3D art. Passionate about bridging art and technology, Abhinandan focuses on automating workflows and developing production solutions to improve efficiency, consistency, and asset quality. His expertise combines strong artistic leadership with technical problem-solving, enabling teams to deliver high-quality assets for prestigious AAA titles.

Art Director with 20+ years of experience in AAA game development, specializing in environment art, quality control, technical art, and production pipeline development. Experienced in leading teams, mentoring artists, establishing quality standards, and driving production excellence across large-scale game projects.

Passionate about bridging art and technology, Shaibal focuses on developing tools, workflows, and production solutions that improve efficiency, consistency, and asset quality. His expertise combines strong artistic leadership with technical problem-solving, enabling teams to deliver high-quality game environments and assets for globally recognized titles.

Art Director with 19+ years of experience in AAA game development, specializing in character art, team leadership, and production pipelines. Passionate about building high-performing teams, mentoring artists, and delivering world-class game assets for globally recognized titles.

Ankit Singhal joined Lakshya in 2015 and has since served as a pivotal leader in the delivery of complex AAA titles. Bringing 19 years of industry experience in Animation and Game Art Services, Ankit now oversees all Character Projects. His commitment to operational efficiency, clear communication, and team mentorship ensures that every project meets the highest standards of quality and delivery.

Vivek Joshi brings 19+ years of Media & Entertainment expertise and close to 9 years of leadership at Lakshya. He has led delivery for multiple AAA titles for clients across Japan and North America (US), managing diverse scopes including Characters, Environments, and Animations.

He currently heads Lakshya’s Environments vertical, scaling and leading a 221+ member team with a focus on global collaboration, production excellence, and predictable, high-quality delivery.

Since joining Lakshya in 2015, Uday has leveraged over 18 years of project management experience to drive the organization’s success. After assuming a key role in 2019, his leadership has spanned from managing all US-based client projects to guiding the Environment and Animation teams. Currently serving as Project Director, Uday oversees the Hard Surface, 2D/Concepting, and Managed Services divisions. His expertise in risk analysis, budget management, and production planning ensures the seamless execution and creative excellence of AAA titles for global partners.

Art Director at Lakshya Digital with over 18+ years of experience in game art. He specializes in hard-surface and vehicle production, leading large teams to deliver high-quality assets for AAA titles while mentoring artists and driving production excellence through efficient workflows and technical expertise.

Karan is an  Associate Animation Director at Lakshya, where he oversees and guides the animation teams across all Lakshya studios in India. He plays a key role in shaping production quality and ensuring teams deliver at the highest level.

With over 15 years of experience in the gaming industry, Karan has contributed to a wide range of acclaimed projects.  His animation work can be seen in titles such as Lords of the Fallen, Mafia 4 – The old Country, the WWE series, Returnal, Guilty Gear, Deliver Us Mars, Planet Zoo, Jurassic World Evolution, and many more, reflecting both his versatility and creative expertise. Leading by example, Karan works closely with the animators, mentoring and supporting them throughout production to ensure consistency, efficiency, and excellence.

Rachit is a seasoned Project Management leader with 22+ years of experience, including 10 years at Lakshya. He specializes in AAA game delivery, strategic planning, operational excellence, and team leadership, overseeing Animation and Tech-anim teams with a strong focus on quality and successful delivery.

Taruna Arora is a People & Culture leader with over 20 years of experience in IT and gaming. She excels in driving culture transformation, leading diverse teams, and implementing strategic HR initiatives. As a Steering Committee member of IGDC Women in Games, India, and an Ambassador for Women in Games (WIG), she champions diversity and inclusion, inspiring women to thrive in the gaming industry. Taruna is dedicated to lifelong learning, with a strong focus on personal and professional growth.

Neeraj Mathur is an accomplished finance professional with over 22 years of experience across finance, accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and business finance. He has prior experience of working with multinational organisations, developing strong exposure to global financial practices and business operations.

In his current role with Lakshya, he oversees key financial functions and driving strong financial governance, controls, and reporting. Known for his collaborative approach and strong interpersonal skills, he works closely with functional and business leaders to align financial priorities with organisational objectives and support informed decision-making.

A seasoned IT leader with over 20 years of experience, currently leading IT Infrastructure, IT Services, and Information Security for Lakshya Digital. Expertise in driving digital transformation, strengthening cybersecurity, optimizing technology operations, and aligning IT strategy with business objectives to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing technology environments.

With 20+ years’ expertise leading multi-location administration and facilities, Anurag holds certifications in AI & Prompt Engineering and Lean Six Sigma AI Yellow Belt. He has been recognised as Top 100 Great People Managers in the country as part of the 2020 Great People Manager’s Study by the Great Manager Institute in partnership with Forbes . At Lakshya, he drives vendor management, procurement, travel, safety, and workplace services to deliver world-class office environments, cost-efficient operations, compliance, and employee-focused solutions that ensure business continuity and support organizational growth.
